自教改以來，學校都建立了同儕備課及觀課的專業發展文化，期望教師互相學習、共同成長，然而，研究員發現當備課和觀課恆常化之後，往往流於形式和技術性討論，對於提升學與教質量的效能不彰。研究員嘗試在一所小學的中文科引入課堂學習研究的模式進行備課和觀課，從學習困難難點出發，分析學習內容及設計教學，並進行有系統的觀課、交流和反思，探討課堂學習研究對備課和觀課成效的影響，並認為提升教學滿足感和發展校本教研模式可以成為未來持續發展的關鍵。Since the reform of education, schools have formed a mode of professional development in collaborative lesson preparation and peer lesson observation with the expectation for creating the atmosphere of mutual learning and professional development. However, researchers have found that when lesson preparation and lesson observation become a usual practice in schools, it may hinder the effectiveness of professional development. Researchers attempt to incorporate the lesson study method in Chinese Language lessons to enforce collaborative lesson preparation and peer lesson observation. Based on the perspective of learning difficulties, the research team analyzed the teaching content and lesson plans, and conducted systematic lesson observation, communication and reflection in order to explore the effectiveness of using learning study model in lesson preparation and lesson observation. The team found that enhancing teaching satisfaction and developing a school-based learning study model could be a key to future sustainable development. Copyright © 2020 香港教師中心.

本研究旨在探討香港中國語文教師「自主學習」（SRL）的反思特徵，並檢視職級和教學年資對反思表現的影響。研究參與者是在職教師專業進修課程的學員，研究樣本是他們的反思報告。本研究採用質化和量化混合法—文本分析法、內容分析法及數據統計分析。結果顯示，參加者反思「自主學習」理念的更新，贊同「自主學習」理念，並聚焦於「自主學習」實踐；事實陳述和推理探索的反思表現較佳，而感情表達的反思表現稍遜；他們的反思表現受教師職級的影響，而非教學年資的影響。This study aims at identifying the characteristics of Hong Kong in-service Chinese language teachers’ reflective writing on self-regulated learning (SRL) and examine how the teaching ranks and years of teaching experience affect their reflection performance. A mixed method approach was adopted in the analysis of the written reflections. Text analysis and content analysis of the written reflection was conducted. The cross tabulations of reflective and thematic categories were calculated to investigate how the each category interacted. Results demonstrated that the participants were impressed by the theories of SRL and most of them focused on the practices of SRL. The reflections on facts and reasoning were the strengths of the participants while the reflections on feelings were their weakness. 明愛特殊教育服務於2005年成立「個別化教育計劃」聯校工作小組,旨在探討服務轄下六所特殊學校執行「個別化教育計劃」的實況,從而確立執行「個別化教育計劃」的基本原則。工作小組經歷近兩年的培訓、研習及互訪討論,並探討台灣方面的實踐現況。經多番討論後取得結論,認為香港的特殊教育服務在「個別化教育計劃」的整體定義及執行上仍未有一致的共識;然而,六所特殊學校實踐中卻確定了執行「個別化教育計劃」的十二項基本原則,包括:學生為本、課程為本、基線評估、學習目標選取、個案管理、團隊協作、課堂教學、進度匯報、學生學習歷程檔案、家長參與、檢討及跟進、轉銜處理及教師專業發展,值得工作小組作出深入探討,並將討論內容撮成摘要,以供明愛特殊教育服務同工參考。Caritas Special Education Service formed a Joint Working Group in 2005 to explore the practices of its 6 special schools in delivering Individualised Education Programmes (IEP) and to establish the basic elements in executing IEP. After almost 2 years of in-depth deliberation including staff training, professional consultation, inter-school visits and study of IEP implementation in Taiwan, the Joint Working Group came to a conclusion that there were great variations on the interpretation of the definitions and practices on IEP implementation in Hong Kong. The Joint Working Group isolated 12 basic common elements in executing IEP. They are student-centered approach, curriculum-based approach, baseline assessment, learning targets selection, case management, intra-disciplinary collaboration, classroom teaching, progress report, student portfolio, parental participation, evaluation and follow-up, transitional preparation and teacher professional development. The discussions of the Joint Working Group were summarized and documented for reference by colleagues under Caritas Special Education Service.

本文敍述本地一所中學如何透過全面地改革課程、教材、教學法及評估,推進融合教育發展的一段歷程。該校副校長以局內人的身份,闡述學校如何打破教師「各自為政」的文化,培育着重分享協作的團隊,以照顧不斷增加有學習困難學生的需要。This paper chronicles the comprehensive restructuring in curriculum, learning materials, instructional practices, and assessment in a local secondary school moving towards inclusive provision. It is written from the insider’s perspective of the school’s Vice Principal who recounts how the school moved away from practices of teaching in isolation and embraced a culture based on sharing and collaboration among teachers to accommodate the needs of an increasing number of students with learning difficulties.

本文旨在分享香港一個以教師為物件的混合學習模式課程，課程結合網上學習的好處：不受時空限制，配合面對面課堂的好處：在課堂上作出即時的交流及回饋。由參與課程的教師問卷得知，此課程有效地揉合課堂學習及網上學習的教學模式，從而提升他們的教學效能。

小班教育改革為香港帶來了人本的教育思想。但是，教師在實施教改的過程中會遇到不少阻礙，專業發展未必能順利進行。本文介紹一間香港學校如何運用人本校本管理，以教師為本的持續專業發展模式，深化小班教育改革的影響。

「促進學習的評估」是近年來教育改革的熱門話題，並在香港實行多年，可是現時仍有很多教師未能充分掌握其理念。本文先解說「促進學習的評估」理念和其在中國語文科的重要性，最後提出促進中國語文學習評估的一些建議，希望藉此啓發教師思考如何改善日常的教學和評估，以促進學生的學習，從而優化語文教學的效能。

教師參與課程決策意味著教師的傳統角色從課程使用者到課程開發者的轉變，在指向學生學習的課程決策方面承擔更多的責任。本文以香港"快速發展中的校本課程開發"這一改革方案的實施與研究為例，運用訪談與分析的研究方法，系統闡述了在校本課程開發中，教師被鼓勵參與課程決策，從而獲得深度學習的機會，增進自身專業成長的歷程。

教師是實施校本課程發展的關鍵人物，在實施過程中，教師需要不斷重新審視課程及評估學與教的關係。課堂學習研究是參考日本的授業研究 (lesson study)，並以變易學習理論 (the theory of variation) 為基礎的一種校本課程發展及教師專業發展模式。教師和大學的研究員對課程中某些重要課題和學生的學習難點進行深入的探討，然後共同設計一堂研究課，最後進行有系統地觀課、評量和反思。本文會先介紹課堂學習研究的理論架構，之後以一個小學常識科研究課案例來說明課堂學習研究的各個步驟，最後討論課堂學習研究與校本課程發展及教師專業發展的關係。

世界上不少地方正在進行教育及課程改革，香港也被一輪又一輪的教育改革衝擊著。然而不少教育研究的結果卻告訴我們，絕少教育改革能真正對學生的學習有正面的影響；然而能夠產生明顯作用的，都是那些直接涉及學習內容的改革。「課堂學習研究」就是針對學習內容為出發點，建基於變易學習理論，透過行動研究的模式，集教師、教育研究員的智慧，試圖解決學生的學習困難，幫助每個學生學得更好。經過六年的探索、實踐及研究，已有超過一百間學校參與，並已進行了一百三十多個「課堂學習研究」。在這過程中，我們發現「課堂學習研究」不單能幫助學生學得更好，更是一個成就教師發展、校本課程發展及學校更新的有效工具。本文除闡述「課堂學習研究」在香港的發展外，更探討其對教師發展、校本課程發展及學校更新的影響，以及其未來發展所要面對的挑戰。
