知識管理是近年教育界熱點話題之一,特別是當一所學校或機構進入新舊交替的時期,需要將校內的集體智慧、顯性及隱性知識、專業技能整合,並於一個互相信任的平台上進行分享,才能將知識承傳下去。筆者觀察的特殊學校,於 2009 年開始從教職發展的方向入手,利用行動研究進行知識分享,推行「一人一行動研究」,即是校方要求教師及專責人員,每年就著自己工作的困難, 進行行動研究。經過數年的發展,校內形成了彼此分享、彼此信任的文化,並且漸漸建立了學習社群的雛型。因此,本文嘗試探討和觀察,這所特殊學校如何在一定的「知識管理」基礎上,以「協同行動研究,建立學習社群」的計劃。Copyright by Special Education Society of Hong Kong Limited. 本研究以行動研究探討正向行為支持的模式對自閉症譜系學生之影響,研究對象為一位被確診為自閉症譜系的小三學生,研究者發現學生表達情緒的方法,對課堂及其本身都造成困擾。研究者利用正向行為管理策略製訂個別行為奬勵計劃,並於本年度試行。研究者透過觀察、訪談等方式來蒐集資料,並在研究過程中調整計劃的細節。研究發現:(1)正向行為管理策略有助強化學生的正面行為;(2)學生能遵守課堂規則,自我形象亦提升了;(3)研究者重新肯定「奬勵計劃」對處理具行為及情緒問題學生的功用。綜合本研究之結果,提出反思與建議,以供教師及日後相關研究參考。This action research was conducted to discuss the effectiveness of positive behavior support on a student with ASD. The subject of the research is a P.3 student with ASD. According to the observation of the student’s behaviors and how the student expressed his negative emotions, student showed a lack of intention to learn and was failed to express his emotions properly. A positive behavior support plan was set and was taken place in 2016-17. Data was collected through the record of behaviors, meetings of reflections and interviews. The research findings are as followed: (1) Positive behavior support strategies can strengthen the student’s positive behavior. (2) After detailed discussion and explanation, the student behaved well in most of the time. (3) Researcher’s reception to the token scheme was turned about, the effectiveness of token scheme was reaffirmed. Based on the result of the study, some suggestions and reflections were made for teachers and future studies.

嚴重智障學生與一般學生一樣，都需要學習新事物及不斷成長，老師必須了解學生不同的特點及需要，設計合適的教學策略，並要不斷檢視成效，才會有學習成果。本文闡述老師嘗試透過問、想、做、評的行動研究步驟，剖析學生需要及現有問題，並訂定施行方案，分享行動研究的經驗，並展示教師專業成長的歷程。 Similar to their mainstream counterparts, students with severe intellectual disabilities will need to be exposed novel experiences for them to be able to learn and develop. Teachers of these students will have to be sensitive to their learning needs and characteristics to be able to design appropriate teaching strategies. And to make sure that the desirable learning outcomes are reached, on going evaluation of the effectiveness of these strategies will be needed. This paper describes how a team of teachers applies the Problem Identification, Planning and Program Action research model to analyses the needs and difficulties of their students for making decisions on their implementation plan for teaching. The process of implementation also demonstrates how the team of teachers developed professionally through such action research process.

本文提出香港現今師資培訓及中學校教育的局限性，並以行動研究的角度去尋找、探討及描述一個創新的教學法：「以院校合作模式推動課程統整」。文中描述這個院校合作計畫的理論架構、實踐模式及研究結果。院校合作提供啟導以及院校協作推動課程發展的機會，讓準老師把他們已涉獵的理論和教學法實踐在真實的教學情景中，師資培訓不再是紙上談兵。這個實景性學習能激發準老師的學習動機的同時，也能推動學校的課程發展。此外，院校合作的設計與實踐也融合了課程統整的原素：把學科分割的知識在有意義的教學主題下重新統合。因此，作為門徑去推動中學課程統整的院校合作計劃亦能讓中學生明白知識與生活是息息相關，讓他們體會學會學習的真諦。

本行動研究旨在探討香港非華語學童學中文的成效。研究以校本課程的形式進行。研究方法包括：前後平行測驗、觀察記錄、教學反思、問卷調查、三角檢核和量化分析法等。 研究結果發現：非華語學童的識字量增加，達顯著差異，但與目標識字數量仍有距離。在語文能力方面，聽說進步最大；閱讀方面，非華語學童喜歡校本教材，曾閱讀中文的課外書；寫作方面，他們不抗拒寫中文字，並能寫句子。他們都喜歡中文課堂的活動。 參予的老師都接受校本課程的教材，適應本教學模式，並發展不同的教學策略。

教師是實施校本課程發展的關鍵人物，在實施過程中，教師需要不斷重新審視課程及評估學與教的關係。課堂學習研究是參考日本的授業研究 (lesson study)，並以變易學習理論 (the theory of variation) 為基礎的一種校本課程發展及教師專業發展模式。教師和大學的研究員對課程中某些重要課題和學生的學習難點進行深入的探討，然後共同設計一堂研究課，最後進行有系統地觀課、評量和反思。本文會先介紹課堂學習研究的理論架構，之後以一個小學常識科研究課案例來說明課堂學習研究的各個步驟，最後討論課堂學習研究與校本課程發展及教師專業發展的關係。

課堂學習研究是一種校本行動研究，主要由同科同級的教師針對學生的學習難點，以變易理論為指導設計教學方案，並由不同教師輪流施教、檢討教學成效並提出改善方案。課堂學習研究不但有助於教師的專業發展和提升，而且還利於推動校本課程的開發，包括加深教師對學生學習情況的了解，對現有教學內容和教材進行客觀驗證和有效調整以及激勵教師開發和嘗試新的教學方法和策略。

背景：香港進入了兩文（中、英文）三語（英語、粵語、普通話）的新紀元。藉訓練普通話口語的同時亦教導思維技巧，是一項創新課程的設計及具挑戰的教學安排。
調查對象：研究對像是普通話興趣班的學生，分別來自小學及初中，依年齡分為6-10 和11-14 歲。
調查方法：採用質量調查方法，透過導師的觀察和收集學生的導圖作品進行評估。
調查結果：研究結果發現心腦導圖對學生學習興趣和說話內容的組織程度有幫助。
總結：本文報導的普通話科使用心腦導圖的行動研究，在學生來說除了是一種新的體驗外，對教師的教學素質也是一種提昇。
Background: Hong Kong has entered a new era with the usage of two written languages (Chinese and English) and three spoken languages (English, Cantonese, and Putonghua). To teach Putonghua and thinking skills at the same time is a creative and challenging lesson arrangement.
Aims: This paper reported the findings of an action research involving the introduction of mind map not only as tool to help the students organizing their thinking and learning but also to further enhance the quality of the spoken Putonghua.
Sample: The participants of the research were primary and junior school students aged between 6 and 10 as well as 11 and 14 respectively. They were all interested in learning Putonghua.
Method: Qualitative method was used to gather data for the study and involved teacher observations and the evaluation of the mind maps drawn up by the students.
Results: It was found that the mind maps had been helpful in student motivation and organization of the contents of the spoken Putonghua.
Conclusion: The action research reported in this study had provided very insightful experiences for the students on one hand and had raised the quality of teaching Putonghua on the other.

本文旨在分享廣悅堂基悅小學自2007年4月至11月期間所推行的行動研究。內容分享這個行動研究報告推行的背景、現況、實施情況與成效等，藉以推廣「以閱引思，以思帶讀」的中文教與學新文化。
This article shares the analysis of an action research project of Kwong Yuet Tong Excel Foundation Primary School from April to November in 2007. This action research is "Reading to think, thinking to read". This report reviews the school background, situation, process and effectiveness etc, aiming to promote the new Chinese teaching and learning culture.
