- 這調查報告的對象是負責性教育或輔導的中學老師，調查單位是各類型中學，調查取樣方法是用系統性的分層取樣來收集數據。調查發現只有一半受訪教師曾受性教育的訓練，差不多所有教師都贊成青少年需要性教育和教師有責任在學校中提供性教育。
