- 作者指出,1992年香港教育統籌委員會發表第五號報告書,提出要有一支全學位化的教師隊伍,這正好是香港教育學院的首要任務。此學院為培訓與時俱進的高質素教育工作者,在「小學中國語文科教師在職培訓課程」學位化過程中,嘗試把「教師教研者」的精神貫徹於課程改革計畫之中。作者嘗試針對這方面的實踐進行第一階段的檢討報告,利用相關的研究資料,探討行動研究和反思教學在小學中國語文教師教育裏的體現成效。(周麗英整理)
