- The author points out that universal education was put in place to meet the change of increasing easy access to the informative age. The impact of universal education is specally marked in the subject of Mathematics. The author claims that there have been many attempts made to instigate innovation in Mathematics curriculum, but they did not seem to attain pleasing results. Therefore, it is time to ripe for a change.
