- 作者介紹改革的經過及要注意的地方:一、從學理上確認"同輩互改作文”是發展的方向,經試行實驗之後在科務會議上向同事推介;二、經試行、檢討、諮詢取得共識才由1992年以後逐步推廣至各級;三、其間進行教學法推廣,教學示範及"教師培訓”的工作,使老師瞭解學理及施行方法;四、中央統籌印製量表,選取範文等工作,以減輕同事額外工作負擔;五、諮詢教師及學生的意見,並逐漸把重點由"激發興趣”提升為"素質的要求”,並以量表的設計加以配合。(鄭佩芳整理)
