- 文章描述馬鞍山一所小學的校長，因其本身對美術科的正面態度，而在有限的資源下，與曾受美師資師訓練的老師共同設計出一套有系統的課程，並且由他或小部份未受訓但對本科有興趣的老師任教，因而使學生的美術能力和興趣大大提高。文中並舉出一個以「人體」為主題的課程大綱，以展示該校的美術課程的特點。
