- 理論與實踐總會有矛盾,在幼兒美勞創作上也不例外。本研究根據 Schon 提出的反思過程,研究香港幼稚園教師對推行創作意念的情況。以六個香港教育學院一年制合格幼稚園教育教育課程的學員作個案,用面談和實地觀課蒐集資料,並以問卷的研讀學員的教案,作深入了解,分析她們對美勞創作的理念和實踐的矛盾。從研究結果,她們一致認為創作理念是重要,但在實踐啟發幼兒美勞創作上均有不同程度的矛盾。深究原因是受到教育理解創作理念的清晰度、學習策略、創作經驗、傳統教學方法和校內限制所影響。這顯示學院、學校和社會各方面都需要檢詩。
