- 本研究以香港語文教學語境中語文教學媒介語的特殊情境作探討物件,研究職前及在職師資培訓重點。教育學院專業語文師資培訓導師跟在小學任教的經驗教師,組成觀課及教學指導小組,共同在職前受訓學員實習期間一起觀課及評課,並完成觀課前和課後的晤談。研究物件是小學的經驗教師和在培訓中的實習教師。以個案形式,通過觀課和評課活動,導師、教師晤談及問卷調查,分析不同教學經驗的“普教中”教師評課的思考重點及教學知識體系,以期對師資培訓課程的發展帶來啟示。研究主要利用教師問卷和訪談、觀課後的三方會議、實習視導評核表、學生實習後訪談等資料,比較學院導師和小學經驗教師的異同,探討“普教中”的師資培訓問題。[Copyright © 2011 南洋理工大學新加坡華文教研中心.]
