The population of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong has been increasing in recent years, and correspondingly the number of ethnic minority students enrolled in local schools has been rising. To address the needs of preschools in Hong Kong to support the learning of ethnic minority children, this seminar examines the problems that preschools are facing on this issue and proposes strategies for improvement. Hopefully, through strategic management, teacher training, government support and collaboration with civil organizations, more learning opportunities can be provided to ethnic minority children and an integrated learning culture can be promoted.
