- 小班教學有利於照顧個別學生的需要。本文從三方面探討香港的小學如何照顧個別差異。一是檢視個別差異的成因、照顧差異的意義及策略。二是歸納香港教師的經驗:本文分析了由小班教學教師培訓課程收集的數據,了解教師如何調適學與教策略,照顧個別差異。三是案例分析:探討個別學校如何善用小班,照顧個別差異,優化教學。最後,本文就如何善用小班照顧個別差異的教學策略,提出了建議。
