- 面向廿一世紀,香港的課程改革建議學校改變學與教的文化,其中自主學習與建構教學均為重點發展議題,兩者同被認定是一種有效的學習與教學策略,許多教育人員追求的目標。本文主要論述為:1.分析與釐清建構教學與自主學習的內涵和關係;2.對於兩個學習理論在本港小班教學環境中的實踐方法,提出一個可行的概念架構;3.借學習檔案作為實踐實例,說明實踐自主建構學習的關鍵策略。最後,反思理論到實務之間的問題,並提出小班教學環境如何提供了有利的實踐條件。
