- 近年不少學者倡議師訓機構興學校須合力塑造高素質的教學實習環境,讓實習老師經歷具教育意義的學習體驗。教學實習的啟導計劃是其中一種合作模式。教學實習是未來教師把教育理論與教學實踐結合的重要環節,評課活動又是激勵教師在教學過程中不凵完善、提高和實現教學目標的途徑。 “用普通話教中文”﹝普教中﹞是香港近年語文教學的新趨勢,教學媒介語由粵方言﹝香港人的母語﹞轉為普通話,既構成了教與學多方面的困境,也由此出現了語文教學發展的契機。本文以小學啟導教師為研究對象,利用教師問卷和訪談、觀課後的三方會議、實習視導評核表等資料,探討啟導教師面對“普教中”的語文課堂教學所呈現的教學知識內容的特點,以此思考“普教中”的師資培訓問題。
