- 作者指出,現時歐美及澳洲國家與香港的英童學校等都非常重視學校提供全面正規藝術教育,使學生獲得均衡發展。但是,香港政府對本地學校藝術教育發展,未見成為優先處理項目。後現代社會現象是建基於民主社會多元化發展基礎上。故作者提問,香港在這後現代轉型期,政府是否願意以實際行動全面發展學校藝術教育,提高市民文化水平?
