- 作者認為香港學生語文水平下降,全因沒有抓住語文訓練。他檢討了香港課程及教學的問題後提議:一、編寫「以訓練為體系」的語文課本,把語文訓練的項目、要點、標準、步驟確定下來;二、語文學習分聽、說、讀、寫四個過程,不宜偏廢;三、加強閱讀訓練;四、寫作要重視實用文教學;五、必須切實執行思維訓練;六、推動學生主動學習。(鄭佩芳整理)
