香港的幼兒教育因長期受制於市場運作，使整個業界得不到健康的發展。然而，以市場、私有化手段和商業管理原則去處理及解決教育問題，卻又是現時政策發展的國際趨勢。特區政府於2007年推出的學券計劃，本身其實就是一個市場模式，那麼新政策是否真的能令幼兒教育走出市場的困局？本文旨在解構市場模式運作及其對幼兒教育的影響，從而探索新角度去思考日後的政策發展。
