- 在本文內,三位師訓學者反思向準教師推介「敍事探究」(Narrative Inquiry) 的經驗。「敍事探究」就是以叙事或說故事的方式將個人經驗重現,藉此增進對自己的認識。如將此方法應用在教師發展上,其目的在於改造教師的「個人實踐知識」(Personal practical knowledge),以優化其教學效能。這種師訓的方式,目前還未在香港的師訓課程受到重視。在2005年,三位香港師訓學者嘗試向一批準教師推介「敍事探究」,趁他們到校實習的八週時間,邀請他們參與每週舉行一次的聚會,分享實習期間的故事。三位師訓`學者紀錄了每次聚會的內容,以及訪問了數位的參加者。這份報告是三位學者的一篇自我研究 (Self-study),反思他們在這次推介「敍事探究」過程中的角色:如何介紹「敍事探究」的理念?如何引導準教師重視自己的「個人實踐知識」?如何協助他們藉分享故事和回應故事獲得專業成長?如何將「敍事探究」引進香港的正規師訓課程?
