- 「學會共處」是在 1995 年德洛利斯報告提出的全球教育支柱之一,也是 2015 年「反思教育報告」重申的教育發展重點。香港的雙非學童是在全球情境中一種特殊的跨境教育。在「一個國家,兩種制度」的原則下,每天約有三萬雙非學生由深圳居所跨境到香港學校上課;同時,也有約千名雙非學童在深圳學校的港籍學生班就近入讀。這個發表的重點是分析兩地學校對雙非學童所進行「學會共處」教學的實踐。
