- 本文章的焦點是介紹一所香港小學為了促進學校發展,透過參與一個專業支援計劃,以行動方式進行組織架構重整。在這個案中,該校曾開展了兩次組織架構重整,可惜皆收不到預期的效果。這一次學校有機會引入外來專業力量,成功誘發校内中層人員在行動學習中妥善地展開組織架構重整。其關鍵是透過團隊學習改變了一些中層人員的被動心態,增強了對團隊變革和組織變革的理解,從而有效地進行一個組織變革型行動學習。[Copyright © 2013 優質學校教育學報.]
