- 隨著小班教學五年來在香港小學的實踐,老師逐漸體驗到教師在小班課堂上的角色轉變。他們似乎瞭解到教師是學習的促進者,學生才是學與教過程中的主角,學問不是由教師去傳授,而是由學生自己建構。這種學與教概念上的改變,使自主學習受到教育界的注目。自主學習說法不一,方法亦有不同。本地教師促進學生發展自主學習的方法,常見的有:課前預習、課堂上寫筆記和課後反思。這些方法沒有不對,但是基於學生不是每一個都能承擔自己的責任,監控和評鑒自己的學習,效果總是強差人意。本文把這些方法跟學習的元素比較,發現他們的基本概念都是共通的,並建議教師利用小班的優勢,採用合作學習去促進學生的自主學習。
