- 在過去十年,英國的校本導師指導(顧問教師)訓練經歷了重大的轉變和面對新職責的挑戰。Marion 形容它就是角色與關係之間的平衡,也是技巧與困難的協調 (Marion, 2001)。對於他們的角色,顧問教師可能有不同的看法,一些或會覺得純粹就是提供「我在這裡」(Feiman-Nemser et al., 1993),而另一些則覺得可積極地為學員提供「支援」。此研究的目的,在於指出一系列香港幼兒顧問教師覺得重要的個人觀點和其體現。藉調查他們對其角色的看法,來增進對顧問指導的不同角色範疇會否影響師徒關係及專業發展的了解。
