- 作者從課程教材教法等角度分析過去、現在及將來中學中國語文教學的情況。作者指出，在課程方面，對於學科性質、教學目標的認識正日趨全面，但綱要結構不周全，作為建議也不合理；而教材方面則有待建構能力訓練的編選體系；教法方面則仍很傳統，應從能力訓練出發。作者認為，以上都是由於教研的工作做得不足，因而影響教香港改的進度。（何文勝整理）
