- 小班教育改革為香港帶來了人本的教育思想。本文認為人本教育思想的實施,除了要成就每一位學生之外,還有注重成就每一位教師。而學校的管理人員和教師培訓者,都應該致力於瞭解教師的專業發展需要,尊重他們的專業選擇,為他們創造和爭取更多專業發展的機會和空間,以優化學與教。
