- 本章旨在分析自主學習歷程的特點及探討教師如何在小班調適其教學策略及協助發展學生自主學習的能力。「自主學習」是學習者監控並調節自己的學習策略的歷程。監控的活動包括檢查學習過程及所學內容的成效、判斷困難點及進度情況,使自己能預測學習活動的果效。由於「自主學習」是一種涉及學習者的學習動機、目標設定、行動控制及學習策略四方面的多向度活動,在小班教學優勢下發展這能力時,教師應指導學生如何進行自我評鑒、設定學習任務的目標、運用策略和自我激勵和監控等活動。
