- 步入廿一世紀,教育已由量的擴闊演變為質的提升,而香港教育亦朝著「優質教育」的目標邁進。教師在教育中扮演至為重要的角色,直接影響教室里「教與學」的成效。如何提高教師的教學效能,正是今日教育界共同關心的課題。 中國語文科教師的任務甚多,其中最為要者是提高學生聽、說、讀、寫的能力;教學過程中,「口語」是重要的媒介,直接影響教師的教學效能。究竟中國語文科教師除必須掌握一般的教學口語能力外,還須具備甚麼特質?本文嘗試通過新教師與經驗教師教學個案研究,比較兩者在教學語境中的表現,探討中國語文科「教學口語」的特質,以協助中文科教師對其專業作出更深刻的反思。
