- 近年,語文教師專業發展成為香港教育界共同關注的課題。政府通過資助在職語文教師提升知識和技巧。其實,課程的更新也可以促進語文教師的專業成長。神話作為單元教材,在香港小學中文課程中並不普遍。本研究嘗試建構不同的神話教學單元,並在本港四所小學推行,從中探討那些推行神話教學的語文教師在專業發展上的歷程。研究工具主要是教師晤談,輔以問卷調查及課堂觀察。研究成果可以供教師及教育學者參考,以期深化對語文教師專業成長的思考及討論。
