本研究採用質性研究法，主要針對幼稚園階段中文作為第二語言的課程研究，對象是香港某（IB）學校（幼稚園），旨在探討以圖畫書為媒介之幼兒中文課程，在 IB-PYP（Primary Years Program, 簡稱PYP）項目中實施的歷程、成效以及遇到的困難。透過課堂觀察、教師訪談、幼兒作品蒐集資料，進行歸納和分析。研究結果如下：1. 圖畫書是IB-PYP項目探究的工具，亦是引導主題概念的形成及發展探究歷程的重要資源，從而激發幼兒學習中文的興趣。2. 藉由圖畫書進行探究式的中文學習模式，可幫助幼兒運用語言進行探索與表達，幼兒亦會及時反思和做出結論，從而發展出各自獨特的創意書寫行為。3. IB-PYP項目主題課程的規劃與圖畫書的選擇，以及實施主題課程中的教學策略，是教師在IB-PYP項目教学中遇到的主要問題。This research adopts a qualitative research method, mainly focusing on the curriculum study of Chinese as a second language. The target group is one of the Hong Kong (IB) schools (kindergarten). The study aims to explore the effectiveness and difficulties of implementing (Primary Years Program, PYP for short). Through classroom observations, teacher interviews, and children’s works, information has been collected for induction and analysis. The findings are as follows:1. Using picture books is the investigation tools in IP-PYP project. Picture books are the significant assets in children development which stimulates children’s interest in learning Chinese.2. Inquiry learning through picture books can help children effectively use language for expression. Children can also do reflection and make the summary in an instant way, also gradually develop their own creative writing language.3. Integrated writing skills that emphasize integrated use of language skills and multiple source materials have attracted increasing attention in language education globally and locally in Hong Kong. This study examines teachers’ conceptions of integrated writing skills and interviewed twenty-five Chinese language teachers. Three conceptions emerged from the data, representing writing as a composite of disconnected parts (Category1), a logical inquiry (Category 2), and a developmental process (Category 3). As the categories move up, the alignment between teachers’ conceptions and the curriculum objectives increases accordingly, with the purpose of writing instruction ranging from fulfilling examination requirements, enhancing reasoning skills, to developing integrated use of language skills. The findings also reveal that although the development of integrated writing skills has been a critical component of the Chinese language curriculum since the first public examination in 2007, teachers’ receptivity toward it still varied greatly. Insufficient professional training, the legitimacy of integrated writing as a curriculum component, and the fossilization of the public examination were the factors that accounted for the differing attitudes among the teachers. The discourse of integrated writing in the Hong Kong context has been centered around high-stakes testing. The unbalanced discourse resulted in an oversimplified view that conflated the teaching and learning of integrated writing with integrated writing assessment. The study contributes to the conversation between integrated writing curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Implications for teacher professional development are discussed. 漢語師資培育課程設置「現代漢語」科是建基於漢語教師須具備漢語知識才能有效教授學生學習漢語的理念。筆者於2012年進行了「國際漢語教師元語言知識運用的個案研究」，分析受試者（修讀香港教育學院「國際漢語教學文學碩士課程」中「現代漢語」科的學生）在實習期間的教學實錄和反思紀錄，了解受試者能否有意識運用語言知識來教學，即探討「教師漢語元語言意識」的發展和所產生的作用。結果顯示現代漢語知識達中等水平的準教師在教學過程中運用漢語知識的意識不強。筆者因此反思漢語師資培育課程中「現代漢語」科的教學取向，於2012-2013年增加了「漢語知識在漢語教學上的運用」的小組專題報告和個人教學實習反思報告，以加強發展學生（準教師）的漢語元語言意識，提高他們運用漢語知識來加強教學成效的能力。本論文綜合分析30名學生（準教師）「現代漢語」科的學習成果，進一步探討純漢語知識學習和「教師漢語元語言意識」發展的關係，以及檢討師資培育課程中「現代漢語」科的教學策略運用。This article reflected on the traditional belief of the direct relationship between language knowledge learnt by the language teaches and their ability to teach language in the classroom. The notion of development of Teacher Metalinguistic Awareness, (hereby referred to as TMA), was discussed in the article. TMA was regarded as an important factor contributing to effective language teaching (Andrews, 1997; 1999; 2001; 2003; 2006; 2007). Assessment result of 30 students (pre-service teachers) of the Modern Chinese Course was thoroughly analyzed. The teaching strategy used in the Course was revisited based on the analysis of the assessment result. This finding would shed light on the continuous action research on the development of Teacher Metalinguistic Awareness through the teaching of Modern Chinese of a CSL Teacher Education Programme. 香港教育大學於 2010-2011 年度新開辦「語文研究榮譽文學士」課程，其中的「古代漢語」是「語言學」範疇的必修核心科。該科目旨在通過講授先秦時期的典範文言文，建立學生對古代漢語書面語的感性認識，並配合理論知識的教授，使感性認識上升到理論層面，從而提升學生閱讀理解古代典籍的能力。作為高等院校中國語言文學專業的核心科目之一，「古代漢語」的開設至少已有六十年的歷史，正式出版的教材超過二百種。從古漢語知識體系及現代教學理念等角度對反映在這些教材中的教學內容及設計進行觀察和分析，可以發現一些不足。具體而言，就是語言知識點和文選的取捨安排大多依據編者的個人經驗及喜好，缺乏科學嚴謹的理論依據，亦不便於對教與學的成效進行量化評估。除此之外，作為教材，它們的共同缺陷是通用性差，不能滿足不同層次和要求的學習需要。我們認為，不論何種科目，其教學內容的確定應該建立在科學研究的基礎之上。就「古代漢語」科目而言，一方面應根據古代文獻的實際，參考諸如詞彙中的詞頻、句式中的句頻及其在教學中的重要程度等等因素，對教學內容作出選擇；另一方面，可參考一般語言教學及教材編寫的作法，根據對應的語言能力等級將教學內容劃分為若干個級別，以滿足不同專業或層次學生的學習需要。本文將介紹這個研究設想的第一步，僅涉及「初級古代漢語」教學內容。研究主要利用語料庫語言學的研究方法，構建及製作「初級『古代漢語』科目教學內容分析語料庫」，逐步統計並調查詞彙、語法、文字及文化知識點的出現頻率及其重要程度，再據此列出「古代漢語」科目應有的教學知識點及科學的教學次序。此研究結果可為日後實驗教材的編寫提供理論依據和幫助。我們希望本研究的開展能為高校的「古代漢語」教學提供新思路和新方案，使其能從傳統的經驗式過渡到現代的科學式，以便落實「成果為本學習」（Outcome-based Learning, OBL）的教學理念，真正提高教學成效，並為當代的古代漢語教學改革提供一些借鑒。Copyright © 2019 商務印書館（香港）有限公司.

Mother tongue language (MTL) curriculum is core to school education in most countries/regions' school curriculum. Through mother tongue language learning, students are expected to enhance their understanding of the nation's culture and foster the sense of cultural and ethnic identity. However, MTL education in Hong Kong is complicated by the colonial history. This study examines Hong Kong Chinese language teachers' perceptions of MTL education, and the implication on MTL curriculum development. The questionnaire was administrated to 97 teachers, and interviews were carried out on 17 teachers. Usually, MTL is both the tool with which knowledge and skills are taught and learned and the vehicle for students to learn about the traditions of the countries' literature and culture. In Hong Kong, 95% of the population is of Chinese descent. Traditionally, education in China was a mixture of philosophy, history, politics and literacy. Chinese as an MTL subject in pre-colonial Hong Kong has always been assigned the mission of developing students' cultural identity in addition to the development of linguistic proficiency. During the colonial period, the Chinese Language curriculum shifted to be more language skills based with less emphasis on Chinese culture and moral education. After the sovereignty of Hong Kong was returned to China in 1997, although a new curriculum was implemented in 2002, teaching and learning in school as well as public examinations seem to be remaining language skills oriented instead of culturally based. This deviation from the trend of both Chinese traditional education and global mother tongue language education makes some Chinese language teachers feel confused. In addition, there is comment that in general Hong Kong students' Chinese language proficiency is becoming weaker and weaker in recent years. 本研究旨在分享兩位小學教師試行「浸入式」教學策略的經驗，探討他們運用「浸入式」教學策略對非華語學生學習中文的成效，並了解教師和學生對「浸入式」教學的意見。這是個案研究，研究對象是香港一所小學兩班小學一年級（共四十七位）非華語學生和兩位中文科教師。本研究採用「定質」和「定量」的研究方法，包括：問卷、訪談、前測和後測。研究發現教師運用了「浸入式」教學策略有助提升學生的中文的成績。教師認為有效的浸入式教學策略是：「善用實用的主題單元」、「教師語言的妙用」及「浸入式的閱讀」。學生則喜愛實用的主題、從遊戲中學習中文和組織學習檔案等學生活動。

大學教育無疑是追求學術卓越，綜合大學的中文主修學習當然朝著學術專精方向發展。筆者任教香港教育學院開辦的“中國語文教育榮譽學士”課程的“現代漢語”科目多年在學院確立“超越教育”的新發展方向中，不斷反思師資培育課程的中文主修學習的定位問題。本論文通過“中國語文教育榮譽學士”課程的“現代漢語”科目教學和學習成果分析，探討師資培育課程中學科學習的意義。
