香港教育大學自2008年起開設國際漢語教學文學碩士課程（MATCIL），提供漢語本科知識的研習與國際漢語教學專業的培訓，目的在拓展和深化學員對漢語的認識以及對國際漢語教學的理論與實踐的探討。通過學術講座、工作坊、學校探訪、教學體驗等各種學術體驗活動，探討漢語作為非母語學習的學科建構及有效的課堂教學策略，以深化對理論的認識，並把理論付諸實踐。2017年，本課程成為國際文憑組織（IBO）認可的IBDP中文教學證書課程。本課程的核心科目包括漢語課程、教材和教學設計，國際漢語教學法：語音教學、聽說教學，國際漢語教學法：識字教學、讀寫教學，第二語言習得與漢語學習等四個科目。選修科目則有第二語言教學研究方法，跨文化交際，語文教學與資訊科技，IBDP 與中文二語教學以及教學體驗等五個科目。本文討論這個課程如何配合 IB 教學理念，從課程設置、學與教設計、評核方式等方面培訓漢語教師。 Copyright © 2018 國立臺灣師範大學.

The theory-practice debate has been a perennial issue in initial teacher education (ITE). By reporting a mixed-methods study in an ITE programme characterized by a university-based 'theory-first' approach in Hong Kong, this study offers useful empirical evidence to analyse the theory-practice issue. 346 student teachers of a BEd Programme participated in the quantitative survey, 15 of whom were interviewed. The quantitative findings showed significant positive correlations between three types of perceived professional competence and two aspects of student teachers' engagement with the theory-practice link. The qualitative findings offered an in-depth understanding of the ways in which student teachers connected theoretical knowledge learned in ITE coursework and practical experience in ITE fieldwork in developing their professional competence: (1) theoretical knowledge as a guide for professional decisions and a tool for reflection on practice; (2) practicalizing theoretical knowledge: adapting theoretical knowledge to practice situations. In the process of engagement, theoretical knowledge was transformed and adapted to practice situations when student teachers coped with the challenges of the teaching contexts in their ITE fieldwork. While affirming the value of student teachers' engagement with the theory-practice link, the findings of the study shed light on ITE practices for preparing student teachers for such engagement. Reflection has long been used as a professional development tool in teacher education. However, researchers have criticised that reflection is a loosely defined term and that there is little agreement on how reflection should be conducted. To achieve a more systematic application, a critical incident framework is proposed in this study and used as a reflective tool in a workshop with in-service teachers in Hong Kong. This small-scale study is based on the stories of critical incidents, journal entries and follow-up interviews provided by a sample of Hong Kong teachers. The results show that after being given the opportunity to reflect on their practices with a small community of peers, the participants showed more engaging participation in professional development and became more mindful of their ability to learn from personal experience. Moreover, after practising reflection, the teachers engaged in self-cure and used the knowledge of their previous experiences to effect changes in their classroom practices. 本文旨在討論特殊教育需要統籌主任在教師專業發展上可以發揮的角色。根據教育局的定義,統籌主任的職責在於協助學校管理層以全校參與模式推動融合教育,當中包括了系統層面的工作,如教師培訓等。教師認為當局提供的特教培訓不足,而即使進修了相關課程的老師,在學校的也未必能實踐新學到的知識。作者認為統籌主任有需要學習運用知識管理的工具,鼓勵教師在工作崗位上發掘新知識,並促動教師之間知識的流動,以彌補教師團隊在融合教育上所欠缺的知識。The article discusses a possible role the special educational needs coordinator can assume in the professional development of teachers. The Education Bureau defines the duties of the coordinator as assisting the school management in promoting the Whole School Approach to Integrated Education, including work at a system level such as teacher training. Teachers are of the view that the Bureau does not provide enough training in special educational needs. Even when teachers have completed relevant training, they may not be able to put what they have learned into practice. The author suggests that the coordinator should learn to use the tools in knowledge management to encourage other teachers to generate new knowledge and facilitate the flow of knowledge among them, thereby filling the gap of knowledge of the teachers in integrated knowledge.

網絡教育透過互聯網的交流和學習，將把現今「以教室為中心」的學習模式，推展至全時間、多元體系的學習模式。特殊教育的老師應發展「以學生為中心」的課程，使學生在認知、態度和技能上產生質變。本文介紹的數碼資訊網頁，把網絡時代與教育連接在一起，說明教師應如何創設適合有特殊教育需要學生的科技化學習環境，如何運用電腦科技教育更新教學策略和方法，提升學習效能。本文亦探討電腦網絡教室及網頁的創設和加強師資科技教育培訓，對師資訓練課程作出建議。「天保民學校數碼資訊城」所提供的網上服務共分四類，包括資訊項目、教育項目、綜合資源及通訊功能。將學生、家長與教職員連成一體，使教育無界域，彼此分享知識資源，迎合新時代的步伐。

本文透過個案,探討一種教師協作模式-課堂學習研究 (Learning Study) 的實踐共同體 (Community of practice)-如何協助老師解決智障學生學習數學所遇到的困難,從而提升課堂教學的成效。研究發現,課堂學習研究模式,使教師能透過前測及訪談,更具體掌握學習難點及教學焦點,而透過備課、觀課與修訂的教學循環能使教法更殝完善。實踐共同體的安排可使來自不同學校的教師進行跨校協作,有助特殊學校的教師提升教學技巧,並一同創造教學知識。本文建議此種模式可以推廣作為特殊教育老師一種持續專業發展的模式。This paper investigates the extent of a teacher collaborative model, Learning Study, in realizing the Community of Practice in special schools through a case study which helps teachers solve the learning problems of the mentally disabled students in the subject of Mathematics so as to enhance learning and teaching effectiveness. The findings indicate that the Learning Study approach enables teachers identify the learning difficulties and the teaching focal points from the pre-test and pre-lesson student interviews. During the co-planning, lesson observation and revising process of the teaching cycles, the pedagogies are further improved. The cross-school collaboration of the Community of Practice is able to help teachers in special schools enhance their pedagogical skills and create new instructional knowledge. This paper suggests that the collaborative model of Learning Study could be promoted as an approach for the continuing professional development of teachers in special schools.

近年,接受本港融合教育的中小學自閉症譜系障礙學生的數目不斷急速增加。因此,老師們的專業培訓需要提供支援自閉症譜系障礙學生的教學及調適策略。本文建議按學業成績水平(優秀、中等及落後)及性格特質(衝動型、合作型及敏感型)將高功能自閉症譜系障礙融合學生的表現歸納為九種行為類型,相信透過這個行為類型的新概念可以讓老師們更具體地認識自閉症行為的獨特性及能提升教學效能。本文也倡議用「優勢模式」發掘自閉症譜系障礙融合學生的潛質和天份,期望老師們可以推動每位自閉症融合學生在人生的舞台上綻發光芒。Over the years, high and rapid growing numbers of primary and secondary students with autism spectrum disorder are studying in inclusive classrooms. To respond to this trend, teacher professional development programs need to include the curriculum content of effective learning-teaching and accommodations to support learner diversity. The present paper attempts to discuss the autism subtypes, using academic performance (above average, average, below average) and personality attribute (impulsive, cooperative, sensitive) as the two main parameters. It is expected that this new concept of autism subtypes can support teachers to have good understanding of autism behavior as well as to enhance efficacy for inclusive practice. The application of strength-based approach is also advocated here to encourage teachers to support students on the spectrum to explore their talents. The implication of this approach is that all individual on the spectrum can live in a very fruitful life.
