- 香港教育局在2006年頒布的《學前教育課程指引》中明確提出幼兒園教師應為幼兒建立學習歷程檔案。迄今香港幼兒園推行學習歷程檔案已有兩年,可是很多幼兒園教師只是將一堆幼兒學習的文件和資料記錄下來而已,忽略了建立學習歷程檔案的目的,同時在建立此檔案的過程中存在跟進、幼兒與家長參與等方面的不足。應裁剪課程以為教師提供更多時間用于檔案的建立;應鼓勵教師吸引幼兒與家長參與;應為教師提供相關的培訓與交流機會,以深化和提高他們對建立學習歷程檔案意義的理念認識與實踐能力。[Copyright © 2008 長沙師範學校.]
