- 在全球性的教育改革中,各地十分重視教師教育工作,推出了很多促進教師專業發展的措施。Clark & Hollingsworth提出的互動模式 (interconnected model) 注意到教師專業發展個人化的本質,強調教師實踐領域的重要,促使政策制定者在制定在職培訓課程時認識到教師專業發展的復雜性。本文以香港教師專業發展策略為例,指出香港的教師專業發展策略發生範式的轉移,從不足模式 (deficit model) 轉向互動模式,著重從多個網絡、途徑來增加教師學習機會,是一個進步。但是基於教育改革整個系統的復雜性,特別是在問責主義的政策脈絡下,如何讓教師有多一些時間與空間進行專業成長,仍是深化教育改革急需考慮的問題。[Copyright © 2008 北京師範大學, 華東師範大學, 高等學校師資培訓交流北京中心.]
