- 作者以香港教育署內學習目標為本課程(TOC)發展處所列各級學生應有水平,及教育團體對各級學生應有中文水平的意見為基礎,討論小六和中五學生應具備的讀、寫、聽、說四種語文能力,並以此作為課程的目標水準。作者結論認為香港對學生聽、說能力和中文應如何適應香港社會而作課程改革幾方面的研究探討不足,此外TOC對有些學習目標沒有界定清楚。(鄭佩芳整理)
