- 回應近年香港有關教育樞紐及教育產業政策的討論，本文提供一個大圖像，說明世界特別亞太區及中國的教育發展大趨勢，指出香港所處的形勢及未來發展的挑戰及機會。然後，分析香港高等教育發展方向與教育樞紐形成的密切關係，並解釋教育樞紐應存在的基本策略功能。本文又藉著教育產業與軟實力建設的動態關係，討論教育樞紐發展的可能模式，最後，說明香港發展教育樞紐應有的條件，希望對目前的政策討論及實踐有些幫助。[Copyright © 2009 信報.
