- 文章旨在探討小教師在教育問題上態度及改變、引致改變的因素以及這些改變對活動教學政策和小學教育發展的影響。結果顯示教師先是獲得觀念或理念的介紹和接受,繼而有物質的提供和心理上的鞏固,以致踏出初步的嘗試;有了嘗試,教師能夠體驗和深化知識,因而在信念上有所改變。
