- 孫方中小學於2004年加入教育局小班教學試驗計劃,學校在每班學生人數減少的有利條件下,引入合作學習、高階思維等教學策略,改變以往比較單向的教學模式。英國劍橋大學教育學系 Maurice Galton 教授所建議的小班教學六項核心原則,逐步在學校實踐,為學校促進學生自主學習提供發展機會。 學生需要具備自主學習的能力外,學校還需要提供促進自主學習的環境,才能為學生建立自主學習的信心。本文會介紹我們學校培養學生自主學習能力的同時,學校還利用學習環境營造自主學習的氛圍,以加強學生對自主學習的信心。
