本文將以歸納性的方式，從整體上介紹香港資優教育及其教師專業培訓的發展狀況。首先描述資優教育的歷史與淵源，同時介紹以往香港的資優教育政策。接著將會探討目前的發展狀況，並將重點著眼於各類的資優培訓計劃。最後，本文將從整體上反思香港資優教育的師資培訓及其未來的發展方向。
