“新農村學習型學校社區建設工程”是一項由政府、大學與非政府組織、學校與社區、城市與農村共同參與的大型夥伴協作項目。該項目的實施採用了一種演化漸進的取向，參與各方對目標的詮釋各有側重。從變革實施的“忠實觀”和“調適觀”兩種觀點來看，該項目取得了一定的成效。今後同類項目的實施可考慮在學校領導、社會參與及評價方法等方面做出改進。 "The Construction of New Village Learning School and Community" is a large-scale project which involves the partnership between local government, a local university and a non-government organization from Hong Kong, the school and the community, the city and the village. The implementation of this project is featured by an evolutionary orientation allowing local adaptation. Participants of various parties have different emphases about the goals of this project. From the two perspectives of change implementation, i.e., fidelity and adaptation, this project brings a lot of changes to local schools and communities. 香港學前教育機構和學前教育課程都在不斷發展，學前教師入職資格在不斷提高，政府資助也在增加。對香港業內人士的訪談研究表明，有效能的幼稚園校長的特徵應是“有遠見，有領導與管理才能”“具有專業的知識與能力”“知人善任，處事公正”“富有愛心和同情心、對幼兒教育事業具有責任感和使命感”“擅長人際溝通與交往”；有效能的幼兒教師的特徵應是“對幼兒有愛心，熱愛幼兒教育事業，對幼兒教育事業具有責任感和使命感”“具有專業的知識與能力”“主動、持續的學習與反思”“能夠團隊合作，掌握人際交往與溝通技能”。香港學前教師教育的質量亟待提高。 The instructions and curriculum of Hong Kong’s preschool education are developing and the requirements for preschool teachers and the government’s investment are increasing. It has been agreed that efficient kindergarten leaders and teachers should have relevant attitudes and abilities to kindergarten education. 高中課程改革是香港和內地教育改革面臨的一個共同焦點。基於高中課程改革的趨勢，本文介紹了內地高中新課程的改革方案，並且將其與香港高中課程改革做了簡要比較。然後，本文分析了內地高中課程改革的特徵及其面臨的挑戰，如實施策略、權力分配以及支持條件等。最後，本文從理論與實務兩個方面指出了內地高中課程改革需要注意的問題。
The curriculum reform of senior secondary school (SSS) is the common focus of education reforms in Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. Based on the developing trends of curriculum reform of SSS, the paper introduces the new curriculum project in mainland China and makes an initial attempt to compare it with Hong Kong's curriculum reform. Then, the paper analyzes the features of the reform of mainland China and challenges it poses, such as implementation strategies, allocation of power, and supporting factors. Finally, the paper points out some theoretical and practical issues that the reformers should deal with carefully.

幼兒教育素被視為終身學習與全人發展的一個重要基礎，它的重要性亦在香港的教育改革中被認定。為了確保幼稚園的課程質素，教育局等政府部門印製了不同的文件以供老師參考，這些課程文件反映出政府對幼稚園課程的期望在這些年來是一致的。本文分為兩個部分，並嘗試從三種廣義的課程觀去分析上述文件：第一部分是以經典的泰勒式課程觀去分析；第二部分是以施瓦布的實用性課程觀去討論。最後，我們將從批判的視角出發評論這些文件。
Early childhood education has long been recognised globally and locally as significant in laying the foundations for lifelong learning and all-round personal development. The same recognition is prominent in the education reform proposals of Hong Kong. To facilitate kindergarten teachers to design quality curricula, several government bodies issued curriculum related documents to serve teachers as guidelines. A study of these government-published materials reveals a degree of consistency among them in terms of what the government expects of the kindergarten curriculum, despite the fact that their publication spans the two decades 1984 to 2006. This paper, divided into two parts, attempts to analyse the aforementioned documents from three broad, multiple curriculum perspectives. The first part will cover the categories and questions inherent in a Tylerian perspective. The second part will cover the notion of Schwab's practical perspective and associated curricular "commonplaces" (teacher, student, subject matter and milieus) (Reid, 2006), which address related pedagogical questions such as what, when, how, why, to whom, and by whom (Heydon & Wang, 2006). Finally, we shall offer some comments from critical perspectives.
