- 回首百多年的香港歷史，政府對幼兒教育由昔日的漠視態度，到今天既提供資助，又訂定師資培訓的指標和時間表，務使下一代能從優質學校獲取優質教育。優質教育須配合幼教主管與前線幼師的培訓、課程發展、評估制度及一套完善的素質保證方案才能奏效。惟優質幼兒教育與幼教工作者的素質是息息相關的，因為優質的學校課程、評估及質素保證方案實有賴校內每一位幼教工作者共同承擔及推動。有鑑於此，本文旨在探討在教育改革的洪流下，香港特別行政區政府如何藉專業培訓以建立優質幼兒教育。[Copyright © 2007 國立敎育資料館.]
