- 香港是一個粵方言區,普通話環境和其他華人社會不同,學生學習普通話僅能倚賴有限的課堂教學。學生在課堂的學習果效直接受教師的教學行動影響,而教師的教學行動和他們所具備的概念和能力有密切的關係。要提高教學素質,就要加強教師的專業能力,調整教師的專業知識。本研究主要通過對普通話科課堂錄像,觀普通話科中、小學教師和師資培訓者的課堂語言運用和具體教學策略,並進行比較分析,從中探討教師所具備的普通話的教學語言能力、教學專業能力和專業知識,最後提出建議,以作香港普通話科師資培訓的參考。
