- 本文總結兩期新來港學生教育計畫對推動跨文化教師教育的成效。文章首先檢視了香港教育的本質和其初步回應新來港學生教育的經驗；接著分析夥伴學校如何面對新來港學生的教育需要，又檢討了計畫提出的校本教師教育課程。最後，本文為香港教師教育的未來發展方向提出建議，肯定了培訓跨文化教師對香港社會發展的重要性。[Copyright © 2004 師大書苑有限公司]
