- 本文嘗試以香港課堂學習研究的個案來檢視課程決定在政策制定、教師教學、學生學習三個層面所發生的變化。一般而言,政策層面決定了學生的學習範圍,其中如學校的管理層,以至教科書的作者等,都會對課程做出解讀及決定。教學層面是指教師對課程的解讀,會影響他們決定教些甚麼、何時教、怎樣教等。至於學生層面方面,雖然他們沒有政策制定者以致教師一樣的主動權,但卻能影響教育做出某種課程決定,間接發揮課程決定者的角色。成功的教學改革必須注意這三個層面之間的互動關係。[Copyright © 2009 山東省教育科學研究所.]
