- 本文根據一項在香港進行了三年的研究計劃─「課堂學習研究」,探討如何才能把教改落實,達致改善教與學的目標。「課堂學習研究」以「變易學習理論」為基礎,當中的重要概念包括如何選取恰當的學習內容、確定關鍵特徵,以及創設變易使學生審辨到其關鍵之處。本文指出這項研究不單提供一套幫助教師設計、修訂及分析課堂教學的工具,作改善教與學之用,更有助教師自組學習社群,促成教學知識庫的建立與流傳,並使教改的理念於課堂上實現。本文將分析「課堂學習研究」的緣起、特色與成效,並以一個語文教學的個案,闡析這項研究如何落實在課堂教學的層面。[Copyright © 2005 The Hong Kong Institute of Education.]
