- 本文根據一項在香港進行了三年的研究計劃─「課堂學習研究」，探討如何才能把教改落實，達致改善教與學的目標。「課堂學習研究」以「變易學習理論」為基礎，當中的重要概念包括如何選取恰當的學習內容、確定關鍵特徵，以及創設變易使學生審辨到其關鍵之處。本文指出這項研究不單提供一套幫助教師設計、修訂及分析課堂教學的工具，作改善教與學之用，更有助教師自組學習社群，促成教學知識庫的建立與流傳，並使教改的理念於課堂上實現。本文將分析「課堂學習研究」的緣起、特色與成效，並以一個語文教學的個案，闡析這項研究如何落實在課堂教學的層面。[Copyright © 2005 The Hong Kong Institute of Education.]
