- 香港的教育改革如火如荼,學科的課程發展是教育界關注的重點。按香港教育署《基礎教育課程指引(小一至中三)》(2002),普通話在新的課程發展架構中不再是獨立學科,而只附屬中國語文。二零零六年前,香港的中小學如繼續開設普通話科,也只會沿用一九九七年版的中小學普通話科課程綱要。由於不少學校陸續嘗試以普通話教授中國語文,普通話的地位開始由學科過渡到授課媒介。這種課程現實的轉變,為現職的普通話教師帶來不少衝擊,尤其以中學而言,普通話教師並不都兼教中文;能教普通話的教師也不等於一定能勝任中國語文科的教學。究竟現職普通話教師對本港的普通話教學有何看法?他們的語言教學觀念對教學設計有何影響?這些觀念能否遷移到中國語文科的教學?就上述問題,本文將以兩期中學在職普通話教師進修課程的案例,逐一探討。分析資料包括進修學員填寫的語言觀念資料表、問卷、小組晤談紀錄及學員的單元習作。
