- 廿一世紀是教育改革的年代。當中推動學校改善乃是不少地方強調的其中一個教改措施;而在保證機構的教育質素和推動學校改善的前提下,世界不少地方對幼兒教育機構的評估越來越重視。2007年香港前教統局推出幼兒教育學券計劃,要求受惠幼稚園接受政府以外評核實校本自評的措施,藉此加強質素保證機制,向家長及社會問責,以推動幼稚園教育的持續發展。是文透過一間學校個案的描繪及討論,介紹香港教育學院幼兒教育研究與發展中心推動的「校本質素提升計劃」,分享當中的校本支援服務。個案中的幼稚園透過學習香港學前機構表現指標架構和建構願景,從而提升學校的教育質素,並為學校未來的自評與外評工作做更好的預備。[Copyright © 2008 The Hong Kong Institute of Education.]
