- 作者認為傳統的語文教學往往是老師講、灌輸,學生聽、記筆記,被動地學習,因而提出中學語文間接教學模式。這種模式的教學特點是以興趣為契機,以知識為背景,以問題為線索,以討論為過程,以發現為結果。它強調要以學生為主體,教師為主導,充分調動學生學習的主動性和積極性,激發學生學習語文的興趣。文中提及授課的方式有:課前三分鐘演講、提問式教學、小組討論式、學生自編自演式、學生當“先生”等。(何文勝整理)
