- 文章應用系統原理來探討學校過程與公民教育的效能之關係,繼而分析校長和教師的領導方式(包括領導者的人性觀、領導策略、領導方式)及學校氣氛對公民教育實施的影響。作者在探討師生關係及教學策略時,指出目前學校公民教育的教學法可歸納為三項:欺騙式、技術式和建設式。最後,作者總結:香港的公民教育受社會政治影響而不斷蛻變,目前的校長訓練和教師教育應予以檢討和加強。
