- Using ethnographic approach, the author investigated the rationale of a community arts-in-education program in implementing a free aesthetic education program, and the strategies they used to achieve the intended aims. The program was launched by a group of part-time young art lovers recruited by an art organization in Hong Kong in 1995. The program was evaluated in a responsive stance, and issues emerged from this program were discussed.
