- 政府推出的教育改革文件《學會學習》中,將創造力定為優先發展的三種共通能力之一,創意教學隨即備受教育界重視。相關研究結果顯示,創意包括多種元素,由於不同人對創意的著重點有不同,故大家對創意並沒有一個唯一的、簡易的定義。在教學方面,這些不同的看法影響教育課堂教學的取向,於是不同教師對創意教學的看法也有分別。本研究訪問香港教育學院的學生,並以現象圖式 (Phenomenography) 的分析方法,探討準教師對創意教學的想法。研究發現學員心目中的創意教學可按其教學取向和對不同創意要素的重視程度分為五類型。本報告將詳述各觀念類型的特點和學員這些觀念的差異對他們課堂教學的影響。
