- 作者指出,非正規的藝術教育無論在師資,教學法、課程發展、甚至被訓練出來的學生在社會上的藝術參與和專業發展,都跟正規藝術教育有明顯分別。但那一種模式孰優孰劣,卻不能單就理論層面下判斷。不過,在公民教育的過程中,非正規藝術教育可能產生一定的社會功能,作者以為它們或可補充正規教育的不足。
