- 教師參與課程決策意味著教師的傳統角色從課程使用者到課程開發者的轉變,在指向學生學習的課程決策方面承擔更多的責任。本文以香港"快速發展中的校本課程開發"這一改革方案的實施與研究為例,運用訪談與分析的研究方法,系統闡述了在校本課程開發中,教師被鼓勵參與課程決策,從而獲得深度學習的機會,增進自身專業成長的歷程。[Copyright © 2009 華東師範大學出版社.]
