- This is a report evaluating the implementation of the guidelines on civic education in schools. It has an introduction explaining the background, the purpose, and the methods of the analysis. It gives the survey results about the guidelines, the subject inspectors' observations of the formal curriculum, informal curriculum, and the hidden curriculum, and the district education officers' observations of civic education and civic activities in schools.
